WHAT IS PREORDER?
A preorder is a more sustainable way to produce. We make only what has already been ordered. When an item is available for preorder, it is currently being produced and will be sent as soon as it is ready. The expected shipping date is always shown on the product page. This approach helps us avoid overproduction and reduce waste.
When an order includes both an in-stock item and a preorder item, everything will ship together when the preorder item is expected to be ready.
THE PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK, WILL IT COME BACK?

HOW DO I CLEAN MY BAG?
For fabric backpacks, use warm water, mild soap and a soft brush. Avoid contact with leather and iron components.
For leather backpacks, we recommend taking the bag to a professional cleaner. Some leather specialists also offer products designed to protect leather from water and dirt.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

In-stock orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours on business days, excluding Spanish public holidays, from our Barcelona warehouse. For preorder items, the expected shipping date is shown on the product page and in the confirmation email.

Europe: 2–4 days
Outside Europe: 3–6 days
UK: 4–6 days. Parcels may be held by UK customs for additional time outside ÖLEND's control.
